Monday, September 30th
**Seniors students must have proof of meningitis vaccine and freshmen students must turn in a physical by October 15th. If you have questions about this, contact the nurse.
**There is a spirit club meeting on Wednesday in E121 during academic lab.
**There is a senior mentor meeting today during academic lab in E121 to plan the next freshmen meeting on Wednesday, October 9th.


Congratulations to Violet Stover on being crowned the 97th Queen of the Harvest. Great job band, choir, theater department, and homecoming court on an excellent night. Also what a great homecoming dance at EAWR tonight. Over 325 students attended and danced the entire night.

2nd Coronation Assembly










Friday, September 27th
**Coronation (crowning of the Queen) will be held at 7:30 pm tomorrow. This event is open to the public and all tickets must be purchased at the door for $5. Doors open at 7 pm. Following Coronation there will be a short photo session in the East Building Courtyard.
The Homecoming Dance is tomorrow from 9-11 pm. Approved guests may attend. The dance will be held in the Courtyard and students will enter through door E2. The cost for the dance is $5 paid at the door. All students and guests will have to walk through the EVOLV system before entering the dance. **Note a student can choose where he/she wants to go to Coronation, the dance, or both. It is not required to go to Coronation to attend the dance or vice versa. Concessions will be sold at the dance for an additional cost.
**The Lewis and Clark PTA is in need of 10 volunteers for today’s carnival from 4:30-7:00 pm. at the Lewis and Clark Playground. If you are interested in volunteering please sign up in the google document Mrs Robinson sent.
**There will be a senior mentor meeting for all senior mentors on Monday September 30th in E121.

**Sophomore class ring orders are due today during academic lab. If ordering a class ring be sure to bring the form or print out and a $100 deposit unless using J-Pay to make payments. Checks should be made payable to Jostens.
**National See You at the Pole Day is tomorrow. On this day students, faculty and staff, around the nation, join together at their schools' flagpoles for a few minutes of fellowship and prayer. We will meet at the Memorial Gym flagpole tomorrow at
7:40 am.
