
Leading Yourself First
✨ Come join Oilers LEAD next Wednesday, September 24th at 7:30 a.m. in the CCC!
The focus will be “Leading Yourself First”—because strong leaders start by setting the right example for themselves.
💡 All students are welcome! These leadership sessions are open to every student and take place every other Wednesday.
Don’t miss the chance to grow your leadership skills and connect with other student leaders.

**There will be a spirit meeting for seniors in Spirit Club today during academic lab.
**All school pictures are scheduled for Monday, September 22nd. Students should have received an order form in their first hour class this week but if a student needs an additional form please stop by the Main Office. Seniors can submit a different picture for the yearbook but still need to get their picture taken by Lifetouch to be included on the 2026 class composite picture.
**The sophomore class ring assembly is Tuesday, September 23rd during academic lab. All sophomores will receive a class ring packet at the assembly. If a sophomore can't attend please see Mrs. Dixon from the guidance office following the assembly for an order packet.
**The senior cap and gown assembly is Wednesday, September 24th during academic lab in the auditorium. All seniors need to attend. If a senior can't attend please see Mrs. Dixon from the guidance office following the assembly for an order packet.
**Coronation (crowning of the Queen) will be held at 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 4th. This event is open to the public and all tickets must be purchased at the door for $5. Following Coronation there will be a short photo session in the East Building Courtyard.
**The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 4th from 9-11 pm. Approved guests may attend but guest forms are due by September 26th. Rules about who can and can't attend the dance are on the form. The dance will be held in the Courtyard and students will enter and through the EVOLV system at door E2. The cost for the dance is $5 paid at the door and snacks/drinks can be purchased for an additional charge. Note a student can choose where he/she wants to go to Coronation, the dance, or both. It is not required to go to Coronation to attend the dance or vice versa.

**To all freshman-junior football players. Please meet at the rec center for a walk through at 3pm. No equipment needed, just shoes. No cleats.
**If anyone is missing a backpack please go to the attendance office to describe it to claim it.

Oiler Athletics Daily Update (Mon, Sep. 15). Note, due to the heat, all games are scheduled to start at 6:00 pm.
























Friday, September 12th
**Today we are running on the First Coronation Assembly schedule which is located in the Schedules folder on Google Drive. All students will attend the 1st assembly. After announcements please escort the class to the Memorial Gym. Students in the East Building will sit on the east side and students in the Main Building and South Building will sit on the west side. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors will vote online using Google survey after the assembly. A link will be emailed to students and voting will close at 9 am unless there are issues. If you are a reclassified freshman and vote your vote will be deleted.
**Current Big Sisters: We will meet today during Academic Lab in Mrs. Parmentier's room. We will discuss the upcoming induction of new members. Be there!
