Registration/Parking/Freshmen Information
Registration for the 24-25 school year is open and must be completed online.
If any student in early band or early bird PE and needs transportation please contact Mr Moxey at 254-3151 ext 2561.
Students are required to park in the Gym Lot at no charge. Parking spots will be selected on Monday, Aug 5th in the Main Office. The times are as follows:
Seniors--8:00-9:00 am
Juniors–9:00 am-10:00 am
Be sure to know the make/model/license plate number of your vehicle.
If you can't come during your time, you may stop by the Main Office after your scheduled time.
Freshmen Orientation is Tuesday, August 13th from 8-10:30 am. Freshmen need to report to door E2 (bus circle). Doors for freshmen orientation will not open until 7:30 am and all freshmen need to arrive by 8:00 am. Freshmen orientation is for first time freshmen students only. Bus routes can be found on the school webpage www.eawr.net.
All freshmen and their families are invited to Trucking Into High School, August 13th--6 pm-8 pm (open house format). Please RSVP to Carla Guthrie at (618) 254-3151 ext 2501 or email Leigh Robinson at lrobinson@eawr.org with the number of family members attending.

Our school physical event has been a big success! SIHF has administered school and sport physicals to over 25 families so far. The event runs until 6:00 tonight here in our College & Career Center.

Tomorrow is our physical event! SIHF Medical group will be conducting physicals in our College & Career Center from 1:00 until 6:00 pm. It is recommended to call ahead and pre-register but they will take walk-ins tomorrow.

Incoming 9th Grade Parents
—EAWR is offering small group meetings for incoming freshman parents through our Parent Outreach Program. If interested in signing up for a meeting please contact Mrs. Guthrie by phone or email Mrs. Robinson. All contact information and details are in the attached letter that was sent to freshmen homes.
— All families that attend will receive a Class of 2028 yard sign and school supplies.
Monday and Tuesday this week is registration for New Students To The District from 8 am-3 pm in the AttendanceCenter in the East Building. Please enter through door E2
--This registration is for students that didn't attend EAWR last year or didn't attend the feeder districts for 8th grade.
--Please bring proof of residency (multiple items will be required), copy of birth certificate, and any custody papers. EAWR will provide all additional paperwork needed.

Cheer tryouts for those transferring in from another district this year are Monday, July 29 at 9:00 am. Contact Coach Beachum with any questions. Coach's info is on the flyer.
