Boys Bowling has begun!
EAWR is hosting a College and Career Night Thursday, November 7th from 5-7 pm for all EAWR students/parents and other local high school students/parents in the Memorial Gym. There will be different colleges/universities, branches of the military, and business representatives. There will also be some attendance drawings for students.
Parent/Teacher Conferences–Wednesday, Nov 6th and Thursday, Nov 7th from 4-7 pm.
--Appointments can be scheduled through Skyward Family Access.
--Use parent log-in (not students) when signing in to schedule a conference.
--Click on the teacher conference icon on the left.
--Select “all conference” and then select time.
You will receive an email confirmation after scheduling.

**Juniors and Seniors: The Madison County Clerk is looking for students who would like an opportunity to engage as leaders within their school, community, and county as part of the Student Ambassador Program. Any junior or senior that is at least 17 years old with a 3.0 GPA or higher that is interested please contact Mrs. Robinson.
**Boys bowling starts today! You must go to eawr.net with a parent to register and have a current physical on file with the nurse to be eligible to participate.
**Just a reminder regarding semester exemption. In order to be exempt from 1st semester finals a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences, no unexcused absences, 2 or fewer tardies, and a C or better in the class. (mental health days are not counted as absences towards exemption)
**Seniors, please remember that if you complete your community service hours by November 1st you are eligible for an additional exemption. This exemption is for seniors only.
**EAWR will be hosting a Mock Presidential Election on Monday, November 4th in the East Building Courtyard during Academic Lab. Students have received an EAWR Voter Registration form in their email. All students wishing to cast their vote during the Mock Election MUST register using the Google Form. The deadline to register to vote in the mock election is this Friday, November 1st! So, get registered and let's ROCK THE VOTE, OILERS!
**Just a reminder that students are not to wear costumes/masks/face paint etc. to school.
