In order to be exempt from 1st semester finals a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences, no unexcused absences, 2 or fewer tardies, and a C or better in the class. (mental health days are not counted as absences towards exemption) **Seniors, please remember that if you complete your community service hours by today you are eligible for an additional exemption. This exemption is for seniors only. **Reminder that today is the deadline to register to vote in the mock election! **Any girl interested in bowling needs to attend a meeting today during academic lab in Coach Herron's room E109. Please get a pass from Coach Herron to attend. **Attention Peer Leadership members: Our next meeting is Monday, November 4th, during academic lab in E121. **Seniors: Next Tuesday (Nov 5th) and Friday (Nov 8th) seniors can earn community service hours by completing campus clean up at the school. This will be something that is on your own in terms of time. If you are interested please stop by the Attendance Center to pick up supplies. **Seniors who need community service can sign up in the attendance center for Parent Teacher Conferences. Sign up dates are Wednesday, November 6th, 4:00 - 7:00 and Thursday, November 7th 4:00 - 7:00. **Seniors, next Wednesday at 6:00 in the CCC the guidance department will be hosting a Financial Aid Night for those students that will be continuing their education after high school. Please plan to come and bring a parent/guardian. **The College and Career Fair is next Thursday, November 7 from 5-7. There are approximately 50 representatives from colleges, trade schools, the workforce, and the military. Please plan to attend and bring your family and friends. There will be attendance prizes for EAWR students! EAWR is hosting a College and Career Night Thursday, November 7th from 5-7 pm for all EAWR students/parents and other local high school students/parents in the Memorial Gym. There will be different colleges/universities, branches of the military, and business representatives. There will also be some attendance drawings for students.

Tuesday, October 29 **Juniors and Seniors: The Madison County Clerk is looking for students who would like an opportunity to engage as leaders within their school, community, and county as part of the Student Ambassador Program.
