Winter sports are starting to kick into gear! Girls Basketball begins today. Students who want to participate in winter sports must be registered on SnapManage by a parent/guardian. Go to EAWR.net and click "Athletic Registration" in the center of the page. Here is our weekly bulletin for the week on Nov. 4-9. We also have our fall sports awards night tonight at 7:00 pm. A SnapManage email was sent to all fall athletes and their parents who finished the fall season on a roster with room locations.

Monday, November 4 **Attention Peer Leadership members: Your meeting is canceled for today! **Seniors: Tomorrow and Friday seniors can earn community service hours by completing campus clean up at the school. This will be something that is on your own in terms of time. If you are interested please stop by the Attendance Center to pick up supplies. **Seniors who need community service can sign up in the attendance center for Parent Teacher Conferences. Conference dates are Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00pm. **Seniors, Wednesday at 6:00 in the CCC the guidance department will be hosting a Financial Aid Night for those students that will be continuing their education after high school. Please plan to come and bring a parent/guardian. **The College and Career Fair is Thursday from 5-7. There are approximately 50 representatives from colleges, trade schools, the workforce, and the military. Please plan to attend and bring your family and friends. There will be attendance prizes for EAWR students! Make sure you pick up a passport to enter yourself into the drawing. **Girls Soccer will have a meeting on Wednesday during Academic Lab in the College & Career Center. Interested students must get a pass to attend from the Attendance Center. **We are off tomorrow for election day and Friday due to Parent Teacher conferences. Next Monday we are off for Veteran’s Day.

Here is the weekly schedule for Nov. 4-9. Girls Basketball practice officially begins tomorrow after school. Students must be registered on SnapManage and have a good physical on file in Skyward. There is also a $35 activity fee due before the first scheduled game. Other winter sport start dates are listed on this bulletin under the column for that sport/activity.

In order to be exempt from 1st semester finals a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences, no unexcused absences, 2 or fewer tardies, and a C or better in the class. (mental health days are not counted as absences towards exemption) **Seniors, please remember that if you complete your community service hours by today you are eligible for an additional exemption. This exemption is for seniors only. **Reminder that today is the deadline to register to vote in the mock election! **Any girl interested in bowling needs to attend a meeting today during academic lab in Coach Herron's room E109. These students received a gift certificate to the Oiler Express Cafe, which is the place to be here on campus.
