**Seniors: If you have received a scholarship that will not be presented at the Senior Assembly tomorrow please stop by the Attendance Center and give the information to Mrs. Dixon so it can be read at the assembly. Also, if you are joining the Military after graduation, please give that information to her as well. Only information reported will be read at the Senior Assembly. The Senior Assembly is tomorrow at 1:20 pm in the Memorial Gym and all senior families are invited to attend.
**Senior finals are this Thursday hours 4-6 and Friday, May 9th early bird and hours 1-3. Remember that seniors MUST take all finals unless they have an A or a B in the class or are on the exemption list. All information is available to students in Google Drive.
**Graduation notes were shared with seniors in Google Drive plus copies of the notes can be picked up in the Guidance Office. All information about graduation practice, tickets, dress for the graduation ceremony, etc is included.
**Hartford Elementary is looking for volunteers to help with their Spring Fling tomorrow from 3:30-6:30 pm at Hartford Elementary School. If you are interested in volunteering please sign up in the Attendance Center.
**Seniors: The final Distinguished Grad List was emailed to seniors on Friday--If you think there is an error, contact Mrs Robinson ASAP.
**Summer school is Tuesday, May 27th-Friday, June 27th. If a student needs to take summer school or there are questions regarding summer school, please contact the student’s guidance counselor Mrs. Vambaketes or Mrs. Struif in the Guidance Office.
**Mrs. Robinson has shared the 2nd semester attendance exemption list. In order to be on this list a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences and 2 or fewer tardies. If you clear obligations and have a C or better in a class you don't have to take that final. This list has taken a lot of time to put together so there could be errors. If you think there is an error please stop by the Attendance Center. This list will also be updated for attendance daily. Also remember that if you have an A and now a B because of the student council food drive, regardless if you are on the attendance list, you are exempt from the final that you have an A or B in the class.
**We will follow the senior assembly schedule tomorrow. Teachers please escort your class to the Memorial Gym at 1:15 and sit with your class in the assigned area. Seniors are dismissed at 1 pm to get seated.
**Junior NHS Members: There will be a meeting this coming Monday, May 12th during academic lab in room E121 for all juniors in the National Honor Society to discuss next year's senior mentor program. An email list will be sent before the meeting of juniors that need to attend.
**Juniors--If you are interested in joining Spirit Club your senior year please sign up in the document that Mrs. Robinson shared. We will start having meetings at the end of July or beginning of August to start planning for the year so please check your email over the summer.

--Tickets required for entry and graduates will receive the tickets at practice. Each graduate will receive 8 tickets and 4 additional tickets can be requested by contacting Mrs Hayes in the Guidance Office
--Doors/gates for graduation will open at 7 pm

--Graduates report to auditorium at 6:45 pm-- dress attire--no jeans/tennis shoes/shorts--caps are not to be decorated and only additional school issued items can be worn (distinguished grad pins, NHS pins, Silver Medallions)

Great job by our drama department on their production of The SpongeBob Musical this weekend. Everyone involved did an amazing job. Also thank you to the seniors for their dedication to this program throughout high school.

**Here is the information regarding exams and graduation that was shared with seniors.
**Graduation is Wednesday, May 14th at 7:30 pm and tickets are required to enter.
EAWR Thespian Troupe 733 will present “The SpongeBob Musical” tonight Friday and Saturday at 7 pm. There will also be a Sunday Matinee at 2 pm. Tickets will be sold at the door: $10 for adults and $7 for students and children 5 and under are free.
Good luck to the EAWR Smash Bros Crew Battle Team as they compete in the IHSA state competition this weekend.
A very busy weekend for athletics. The Freeburg softball game today is TBA on location. If we move it to Freeburg it will be a 5 pm start. Good luck this weekend to our ESports Super Smash Bros Crew Battle Team as they will compete in the IHSA State Finals!

**Yearbooks are still for sale for $60. Yearbooks can be purchased from the link on our school's homepage, or bring cash or check to Mr James in the art room M009. Yearbook distribution and the Ice Cream Social will be Monday, May 5th. A list of students that purchased yearbooks has been shared with students through email.
**Students, teacher appreciation week is next week. Please take the time this week to stop by the table in the east building to write a thank you note to a faculty or staff member at EAWR. You can write as many as you like and just drop them in the box on the table for Student Council to deliver.
