**Spirit Club is sponsoring a poster party from 6-8 pm in the East Building Courtyard tonight to make senior winter season posters. All seniors are invited to attend. Mrs. Robinson will provide pizza for the meeting.
**Attention EAWR athletes and students. Starting today, there will be lifting sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm. These sessions are designed to be open to all athletes and students at EAWR. ESports traveled to Springfield on Wednesday to showcase our program. Coach Jerman and Mr. Verdun have done great things with this program. Also, a shoutout to our retired, Mr. Matrix-Wand who also was key in starting this program years ago!

Ms. Arment's Journalism Class visited some local businesses on Thursday-- Bri’s Brew@ Downtown's WestEnd & Courtyard and Cafe LaNae & Bakery.

The City of Wood River is sponsoring a Veteran's Day Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm at EAWR Memorial Gym.

There is no school on Monday, November 10th due to having parent teacher conferences this past week. There is also no school on Tuesday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. Students will return to school on Wednesday, November 13th.
Great job by all the students involved in the production of The War of the Worlds. The next performance is tomorrow night at 7 PM and Sunday at 2 PM.

EAWR students represented our school proudly at the Youth Advisory Council hosted by Senator Erica Harriss.
They spent the day discussing leadership, civic engagement, and the importance of youth voices in government. We’re so proud of these Oilers for stepping up as future community leaders!
