We have a busy weekend ahead for Dec. 5-7:

Oilers Girls Basketball against Columbia.

Thursday, December 4th
**Tonight’s theme for girls basketball is Maroon & Gold.
**Big Sisters will be selling Reindeer Holiday grams during both lunches in the hallway near the student center. Each gram costs $1 and will have a candy cane attached. They will be delivered next Tuesday 12/9 during Academic lab. So bring your cash and spread some holiday cheer!
**Mrs Robinson shared the first run of the 1st semester attendance exemption list. In order to be on this list a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences and 2 or fewer tardies. If you clear obligations and have a C or better in a class you don't have to take that final. Mrs. Robinson also shared the senior community service list. In order to be on that list a senior must have 6 or fewer absences. If you clear obligations and are passing the class you don't have to take that final.
–Another exemption this year, that is separate from this list, is if a student has an A and now a B because of the student council food drive, regardless if you are on the attendance list, you are exempt from the final that you have an A or B in the class regardless of attendance or obligations.
–This list has taken a lot of time to put together so there could be errors. If you think there is an error please stop by the Attendance Center. This list will also be updated for attendance daily.
**Seniors--Mrs Robinson shared the senior community service exemption list. In order to be on that list a senior must have completed all hours, have 6 or fewer absences, all obligations cleared (those will be added this week) and pass the class. Attendance and obligations will be updated until the end of the semester so please remember you can only have 6 days. If there are questions please stop by the Attendance Center.
**Just a reminder to be eligible for the Renaissance Assembly next semester a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences, 2 or fewer tardies, no ISS/OSS and meet the grade requirements.
**MORP guest forms are now available outside of Mr. Daniels and Mrs. Timmins rooms. They are due back by this Friday. Tickets for MORP will be on sale December 8th-12th. They are $5 in advance, or $8 at the door. See Mrs. Timmins or Mr. Daniels to purchase tickets. MORP is next Friday after the basketball game. It is a fundraiser for prom and we encourage everyone to attend. This dance is for all grade levels. Dress for MORP is pajamas.
**2026 Yearbooks are $50 right now, and will go up to $60 on January 1st. They can be purchased online https://yearbookforever.com/school-store/J0ULawXl5L6IAE1V6B7BtX5f or from Mr. James in the Art Room. Please make checks payable to EAWR. They will be available for purchase until they are sold out, but online sales will end prior to the spring distribution date.
**Senior Photos and Senior Baby Pics are due on Friday, January 9. For senior photos, head/shoulder pictures in portrait orientation tend to work best, but we can work with pics that don't fit those criteria. Keep in mind that some photos will have to be cropped. Hard copies of photos will be scanned and returned. Digital photos need to be high resolution/high quality in JPG format, AT LEAST 640 X 800 pixels (.8 aspect ratio) and 300 dpi. For the baby pics, we will work with whatever is available. JPGs should be emailed to cjames@eawr.org
**EAWR has partnered with Toys for Tots. Donation boxes are located outside the Main Office and in the East Building Courtyard if you would like to donate a toy for a child.
