Monday, February 27, 2023 **Hey Students, the IHSA esports sectionals are coming up soon. We need to fill teams in Rocket League, SMASH Singles and SMASH Ultimate Crew Battle, NBA 2K, FIFA, and Mario Kart. If you are interested in playing any of these games and would like to try for a state championship, see Coach Drew or Mattix-Wand in the CCC. **Spirit Club Members--Please meet in the courtyard at the start of academic lab on Wednesday for a group yearbook picture. **The after school tutoring is available everyday after school in room E118. **Practices begin today for spring sports. Those sports are baseball, softball, and girls soccer. Track & Field has been underway with indoor season for a while now but students may still join for outdoor season. Everyone must be registered on Snap Manage (formerly known as 8to18) and have a current physical.

Thursday, February 23, 2023 **The King's Dance will be held this Saturday from 7-10 pm in the East Building Courtyard. Tickets for the dance will be on sale this week from Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Daniels, during academic lab and after school. Tickets are $10 each. There will be NO tickets sold at the door. Guest forms were due last Friday and only approved guests may attend. **Reminder to vote for King of Hearts in the East Building courtyard. Place donations into your favorite candidates box. Whichever candidate collects the most money wins King of Hearts! This year Big Sisters will be donating all money raised to a local charity. **Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Daniels are looking for a student to work the refreshment table at the King's Dance. If you would like to help, please email one of them asap! If you help, you will not have to pay for a ticket to get in. **Seniors: We are needing volunteers this week at the Regional Basketball games tomorrow from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. If interested please email Mrs. Robinson. **Students, Mrs. Kinkel will be unavailable today after school for community service hours. She will add the days she will be available to next Monday’s announcements and to the Google classroom page. **Tomorrow is a half day with an 11:25 dismissal.
