Prom 2025 Great job Mrs Timmins and Mr Marshall on putting together this year's prom. The theme was The Roaring 20's. .
The 2025 Prom Queen is Carmela Scroggins and the 2025 Prom King is Josiah Daniels.
Congratulations to the Oilers Esports SmashBrothers Crew Battle team. They finished second in the IHSA Sectional tournament at Belleville and qualify for the state championship tournament next weekend in Evergreen Park. Go Oilers!
Spring Musical
The SpongeBob Musical will be next week on Thursday through Saturday, May 1st - 3rd at 7pm in the Auditorium and Sunday, May 4th at 2pm.
Tickets will be $10 for adults, $7 dollars for students K-12, and children 5 and under are free.

Here is our athletic schedule for Friday, April 25. There are no games tomorrow because of Prom. Results from yesterday's games are included.
Friday, April 25
**Seniors: If you have received a scholarship that will not be presented at the Senior Assembly on Wednesday, May 7th, please stop by the Attendance Center and give the information to Mrs. Dixon so it can be read at the assembly. Also, if you are joining the Military after graduation, please give that information to her as well. Only information reported will be read at the Senior Assembly.
**Seniors: Please follow the link sent by Mrs. Robinson for Senior Spotlight. We will continue taking pictures every morning for the next few weeks, highlighting on social media what you plan to do after graduation.
**Seniors that missed the meeting yesterday need to meet during academic lab today in the East Building Conference Room.
**Prom is tomorrow at Lewis and Clark Community College. Doors open at 7, dinner starts at 7:15, dancing starts at 8. The crowning of the king/queen will be at 10 pm. Prom ends at 11 pm.
**After Prom will be help at the Wood River Recreation Center.
After Prom Guidelines:
1. Anyone attending After Prom must arrive between 11:30-midnight or will not
be let in. No one may leave before 1:15 am unless a parent is contacted. After Prom ends at 2:30 am.
2. Parents are responsible for making transportation arrangements.
3. Approved guests must arrive with a junior or senior EAWR student. Guests must be under 21.
4. No tickets will be sold at the door.
5. If anyone is believed to be under the influence, parents will be contacted and
the police officer will be notified.
6. Once a student is at the After Prom they must stay in the designated areas.
7. After Prom is a parent sponsored event and is not sponsored by EAWR.
**Monday morning, we will be handing out donuts in the courtyard for meeting the food drive goal. Thank you, Student Council.

EAMS 8th graders met with counselors, the athletics department, and toured the three buildings today to help prepare for high school next year.
Congratulations to Travis Skinner on signing his letter of intent to play football at Millikin University. We all know he will do great things!!
