**Students can purchase a winter athletic pass from the Attendance Center for $5. This pass will allow an EAWR student into all winter home games for $5 (basketball/wrestling).
**Spirit Club is sponsoring a pizza party before the girls home basketball game this Wednesday. at 5:30 pm in the South Building Hallway outside of Mr Maendele's room. All EAWR students and staff are invited to attend. There will be free pizza and soda/water. The theme for the game is Oil Spill.
**Open auditions for the spring production of Mary Poppins will be held in the auditorium this Thursday at 4:30. All students wanting to audition should prepare a vocal selection. Speaking materials will be provided.
**All items in the lost and found will be donated to the clothing room after this Friday. Lost & found is located by the doors to the cafe'. Please check if you have noticed you are missing something.
**Senior Pictures and Senior Baby Pictures for the Oiler Yearbook are due to Mr. James by January 7. Email digital files to him, or deliver hard copies to the Art Room, M-009.
**The price for a yearbook goes from $50 to $60 at the beginning of second semester, so if you want it for the lower price, be sure to buy it before first semester ends! You can reserve your book with Mr. James in M-009 or by using eawr.revtrak.net.
**The last day to donate a new toy for Toys for Tots is tomorrow. If you’d like to donate, there is a box outside the attendance center.
**There will be a spirit club meeting on Monday in E121.

The Oilers advance to the gold bracket at the Benton Duals by going 3-0 this morning. Way to go Oiler grapplers!



Here in Waterloo, the Oilers trail the Gibault Hawks 20-17.


Good luck to the JV cheer squad today. They compete in the ICCA sectionals at Highland High School at 11:50am today.


Mrs Timmins and Mrs Zipprich made a deal with their second hour class that if they brought at least 150 items for the food drive they would wear onesies to school. Mrs Timmins as Mike and Mrs Zipprich Sully!! They also did some cartwheels and head stands for their students.

The EAWR Band and EAWR Choir did a fantastic job at the Winter Concert tonight. Also great job by the Wood River-Hartford District bands and choir.
