**There will be a representative from Quincy University here on March 15th.  
College bound junior and senior students who would like to meet with this representative should see Mrs. Hayes in Guidance for a pass.

**Seniors:  Any senior student who plans to attend Lewis and Clark Community College this coming fall should come to Guidance and sign up now for the Early Bird Registration.  

**The Marine Corp will have a table set up today during the lunch periods. Anyone interested should stop by and talk with Sergeant Meyers. 

**The East Alton Recreation Department is in need of volunteers to help with their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 19th from 11:30 am until 3 pm.  The Easter Egg Hunt is at the Keasler Recreation Center in East Alton.  If you would like to sign up please stop by the attendance center.

**Juniors and Seniors:  Lewis and Clark Community College will be hosting the Illinois Regional College Fair on Tuesday, March 15 from 6:00 7:30 pm in the River Bend Arena. Representatives from many colleges in Illinois and Missouri will be there so this is a great chance to check it all out in one location. See your guidance counselor for more info.

**Attention all spring sport athletes, save the date: The Spring Awards Night will be Thursday, May 19th at 6:00. As always, there will be no tickets or cost of this event. Be sure to update your Google Calendar with Thursday, May 19th for the Spring Awards Night.

**The Wood River Roundhouse is looking for volunteers to help with the set up of their Easter Egg Hunt on Wednesday, March 16th from 2:45 until 4 or 4:30 at the Wood River Roundhouse.  They are also looking for volunteers to help with their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 19th from 9:30 am until 11:30 am.  If you are interested please stop by the attendance center to sign up.  Seniors will have first chance and then tomorrow it will be opened to all students.  

**The Spring Play Deadworry is this weekend!  This funny and scary play is about a Stephen King type author who discovers that one of his deadly characters has escaped from the book!  Support our Drama program, buy a ticket, and see your friends in this show.  You can buy a ticket from Mrs. Ledford or any cast member.  They are $5.00.  The cost will be $6.00 at the door.  See you this Friday or Saturday night at 7:00pm, or at the Sunday afternoon matinee at 2:00pm in the auditorium.

**Attention current National Honor Society members and new inductees: There is a mandatory rehearsal for our annual induction ceremony today during 6th hour in the East Building Courtyard.

**Senior student volunteers are needed to help during parent-teacher conferences on Wednesday evening, March 16th and Thursday evening, March 17th.  Sign-up sheet is in the attendance office.

**Big Sisters:  We will meet Tuesday at 2:36pm in room M205 Mrs. Parmentier's room to plan the Easter Egg Hunt.  Please bring donations of plastic eggs and or candy to the meeting if possible.  

**Chess Club will meet tomorrow after school in Mr. Alexander’s room.

**Attention Seniors: If you have any brothers or sisters in 9-12th grade here at EAWR, please send Mr. James an email with your siblings' names. We are going to take Sibling Rivalry photos for the yearbook tomorrow during Academic Lab. If you have a sibling here at EAWR but cannot attend for any reason, let Mr. James know immediately if you and your sibling(s) can come in before or after school any day this week.
