**Big Sisters is sponsoring the Pennies for Patients fundraiser through Feb. 15th. This will be a competition for 3rd hour classes. Students/Faculty/Staff will donate money to the boxes for the length of the fundraiser with the goal of raising the most money. If the school as a whole raises at least $500, the winning class will get a pizza party. All money collected with go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of St. Louis. **Juniors and Seniors: The following colleges will be on our campus this month:
-Western Illinois University - Feb. 14 - 1:30 -University of Missouri St. Louis - Feb. 16- 1:00.

**Seniors: If you are still looking for community service hours Riverbend Ministries in downtown Wood River next to the Wood River Post Office is looking for help. If you are interested please check your email for the director's email address. She will work with you on setting up volunteer hours.
**Juniors: EAWR will be offering a series of 4 SAT prep sessions for juniors to prepare for the April 5th SAT Test. Each of the 4 sessions in the series will be offered two times. If a junior student attends all four sessions in the series, he/she will earn semester exemption second semester senior year. Please sign up for each of the sessions in google drive. If there are questions, please see Mrs Robinson.
**Friday there will be a pep assembly with academic lab. The schedule for Friday can be found in the schedules folder in google drive. Friday is also jeans day with an Oiler shirt or neon shirt. The theme for the game Friday night is neon. If you choose to wear jeans they may not have holes in them. Holes are considered when skin can be seen. If you choose not to participate be in regular dress code. Also pizza and soda/water will be served in the south hallway next to Mr Maendele's room in the South Building from 5:30-6 pm before the game Friday night.
**The Renaissance Assembly is this Thursday. Only students being honored will participate in the assembly. If you are in the assembly please report to the auditorium at 1:15 pm. Also, if you think you should be on the Renaissance list and weren't notified please stop by the attendance center and see Mrs. Hawkins.
**TWIRP is Saturday, February 25th from 7-10 pm in the Courtyard. Guest forms are due Friday, February 17th.
*Dresses for the dance need to be finger tip in length and no jeans or sweatpants (school clothes or better).*Please remember this is a school dance and all school rules apply.
