**Student Council will be hosting a blood drive on April 30th during hours 1 through 5. If you would like to donate, please see Mrs. Timmins before or after school or during academic lab to sign up. You must be 16 (with parent permission) or older to donate. Donors will receive pizza and a t-shirt!
**Seniors: The Wood River Rotary Scholarship, East Alton American Legion Scholarship, and the Wood River Shirley Thatcher Women’s Club Scholarship are due to Mrs. Woodman today.
**This Friday is an early dismissal day and our next service project. Mrs. Robinson will be taking students to the Community Hope Center to volunteer at the center and garden. The sign up sheet is in the Attendance Center. Also, everyone going must ride the bus to and from the activity and the bus will leave the bus circle at 12pm and return at 3pm.
**The EAWR Educator Scholarship is due to Mrs. Woodman this Thursday.
**Auditions for this years “Pops” concert will be held this Thursday, after school, in the band room. If you have any questions please see Mr. Alexander.
**A Navy recruiter will be on campus today during both lunch periods. If you would like information on joining the Navy, please stop by and see the recruiter.
**Seniors: If you have received an award, scholarship, or special recognition from a college, or signed up for military service after graduation, please stop by the Attendance Center and give this information to Mrs. Hawkins.
**Students: Mrs. Robinson shared with you the groups for Career Day, which is this Friday, April 24th. You will go directly to your assigned rooms at 8 am Friday morning. There will be no early bird.
There has been a lot of time put into planning this day so hopefully you will find it both enjoyable and beneficial.
**Please check the rosters posted by the Main Office and Attendance Center for your name. This will tell you what room to go to for Career Day. If you do not see your name on this list, contact Mrs. Robinson immediately.
