**This week is National Library Week.  Be sure to post your books on the reading tree for the Thursday prize drawing.  Winners will be announced Friday morning.  Good luck to all who participate.

**The following colleges will have representatives on campus in room E106.  College bound junior and senior students who would like to attend should see Mrs. Hayes for a pass.
Lindenwood University, Belleville- April 19th at 10:30
University of Illinois, Springfield- April 20th at 1:15

** Prom guest forms are now available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall's room. They are due this Friday.

** Mr. Irresistible will be held tomorrow night at 6pm in the auditorium. Cost is $4 for adults and $2 for students. The 9 candidates and 1 mystery candidate have been working very hard to make it an entertaining show and we hope to see you all there. 

** The EAWR spring blood drive will be held on April 28th.  Anyone 17 or older or 16 with parent permission may donate. You will get food and a shirt for donating. Please see Mrs. Timmins to sign up for an appointment.

**Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen:  Mrs. Robinson is sponsoring a Relay for Life team for EAWR students.  Relay for Life is sponsored by the American Red Cross to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and to fight back against a disease.  Relay for Life is going to be held this summer, June 18th from 11am-11pm at the high school track.  All hours at the relay and fundraising activities leading up to the event will count for community service.  Please stop by the attendance center to sign up.

**Lewis and Clark Junior High is in need of concession workers for their track meets on Thursday, April 14th and Tuesday, April 19th.  They need workers from 2:45-6:30 pm.  If you would like to volunteer to work please stop by the attendance center.  These hours count towards community service.

**Just a reminder that prom tickets will be on sale this week after school upstairs in the East Building hallway and during academic lab in Mr. Marshall and Mrs. Timmins’s rooms at a cost of $25 per ticket.  

**Seniors:  If you have received an award, scholarship or special recognition from a college, stop by the Attendance Center and give this information to Mrs. Hawkins.  Also, see Mrs. Hawkins if you are enlisted in the Armed Forces after graduation.
