**SIUE Carbondale will be on campus tomorrow, Quincy University on September 30th, Illinois College and MacMurray on October 1st.  College bound juniors and seniors interested in meeting with them need to see their guidance counselor.  


**The Alumni Game is this Saturday and Booster Club is in need of volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer please email Mrs. Robinson today. Volunteers will get into the game for free but must be on the pass gate list.  Volunteers will need to be there at 5 pm and the game should be over around 9 pm. 


**Students- JFL is needing volunteers for this Saturday's JFL game.  If you would like to help in the concession stand, take tickets, etc., please sign up in the Attendance Center.  Shifts are from 9-11, 11-1, and 1-3:30.


**Guest forms for the Queen's Dance are available in the Attendance Center.  All non-EAWR students will be required to turn in a form for the dance by Thursday, October 10th to the Attendance Center.  The Queens' Dance will follow Coronation on Saturday, October 19th. Guest refers to anyone who doesn’t go to our school. Your guest must be under 21, they also may not be in middle school.  Your guest must either be in high school or another educational program, unless they have already graduated and are under 21.


**The 1st coronation assembly is today and the schedule can be found in your 10-20 Schedules Folder.  Voting will be online so it is important that all sophomores, juniors, and seniors have their chromebook to access the link through his/her EAWR account that will be emailed after the assembly to vote.  Freshmen and reclassified freshmen will not vote.


**Ms. Gardner has knitted 80 blue hats for next month's Hat Not Hate campaign to promote National Bullying Prevention Month. She will begin giving them away to students on Oct 1. If you would like hat, email her or stop by her room E222 to sign up. Hats will be worn on Oct 7, which is World Day of Bullying Prevention. 


**The Wood River Fire Department is looking for volunteers for the annual Wood River Fish Fry at the Wood River Fire Department on Saturday, October 5th.  Shifts begin at 10:30 am and go in 2-hour increments until 6:30pm. Stop by the Attendance Center to sign up. Please note that there is a home soccer and football game that day so if you commit you are expected to show up.


**Juniors and Seniors:  On Columbus Day, October 14th, many colleges have open houses.  Take time to check these out, including the Open House at LCCC from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. with free food, live DJ, contests, and games.  


**Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors:  SIUE will be hosting a College Fair on Tuesday, October 22 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.  Over 100 colleges and universities will be there to answer any questions. Check it out on October 22nd!
