**The Cheerleaders will be sponsoring the Queen’s Dance following Coronation on Saturday, October 8th at a cost is $5 per ticket.  All non-EAWR students will be required to turn in a guest form for the dance by September 30th.  Guest forms can be picked up and returned to the attendance center.

**Juniors, sophomores and freshmen-- STAR reading test will be administered on tomorrow during 3rd hour and academic lab.  Students need to have their fully charged Chromebook with them for testing. Students may use scratch paper during the test.  Seniors will attend a presentation from guidance about college applications, FASFA, and scholarships.  All seniors should report to the auditorium tomorrow at 10:40 am.  There will be no meetings and students may not leave their 3rd hour on those days except for seniors.

**The Wood River Fire Department is looking for volunteers to help with their annual fish fry on Saturday, October 1st.  Shifts are from 8-11 am, 11-2 pm, 2-5 pm, and 5-8 pm. If interested sign up in the attendance center.

**The following colleges will have representatives on campus:
September 26, Lindenwood, Belleville
September 27, Ranken
September 29, Blackburn College
See your Guidance Counselor if you would like to meet with any of these representatives.

**Due to the possibility of having early dismissal days this week because of heat the Renaissance Assembly has been moved from this Thursday to next Tuesday, September 27th at 1:30 in the auditorium.  Students involved in the assembly received notification earlier this semester.

**JFL needs volunteers for concessions this Saturday.  If interested, please sign up in the Attendance Center.

**Attention all students, faculty and staff: The annual See You at the Pole event will be held next Wednesday (September 28) at 7:40 am around the main building flagpole.  This event will give us the opportunity to join schools around the nation that day in fellowship and prayer for our communities and our schools. There will be FREE giveaways for students who attend!  If you have any questions, see Ms. Mueller in E122.
