**Representatives from the following colleges will be visiting our campus.  Here are the dates and times: 

            Quincy University, October 16, at 1:30

College bound juniors and seniors may get a pass from Mrs. Hayes in Guidance to meet with these representatives in Room E106. 


**The City of East Alton is looking for volunteers to help with their senior citizens Halloween Dinner and Dance.  The party is on Thursday, October 16th from 4:30-8:30 pm at the EA Keasler Center.  If you are interesting in signing up please stop by the attendance center.


**Seniors:  College applications should be completed by this month.  If you need help completing an application or have a question, please stop by Guidance. 


**This is a reminder for all junior students who have been invited to take the PSAT test on October 15 that your test fee is due Thursday.  Please see Mrs. Hayes in Guidance to sign up and pay test fees.


**Students: A United States Army recruiter will be here Tuesday, October 14 in the cafeteria during both lunch hours. If you would like information about the Army, please stop by the table and talk to the recruiter.


**Picture Retake Day will be next Friday, October 17th from 7:45 to 11:30.  If you did not get your picture taken the first time Lifetouch was here, or if you were unhappy with the way your photos turned out the first time, then make sure you stop by the auditorium for retakes on the morning of October 17th.  Return your unwanted photos or bring payment with you to the photographer.  Picture order forms are available in the Attendance Center or from Mr. James.  Even if you are not buying photos, you still need your picture taken for the yearbook.


**Any girl interested in playing basketball, there will be a meeting during academic lab today.  Stop by and get a pass from Mr. Maendele. 


**The Wood River Public Library is sponsoring a free Halloween craft-making event for students on Friday, October 17, from 3:30-4:30.  Pick up a flyer from our library for more details.


**Mr. Daniels is taking a student group to Germany in June of 2016.  If you’re interested in going on the trip, see Mr. Daniels today and sign up for tonight’s parent meeting.  The meeting will be in the Lecture Hall tonight at 7:00.
