Seniors – If you have received an award, scholarship or special recognition from a college, or you are enlisted in the Armed Forces after graduation…..please stop by the attendance center and give this information to Mrs. Floyd for the awards assembly.

Yearbook Distribution day will be next Friday,May 3rd, but there are only about 70 yearbooks still available! If you're planning to buy one, you should get your copy reserved as soon as possible. Yearbooks are $60 each, and you can buy them online by using Revtrak, or by bringing cash or a check payable to EAWR to Mr. James in the Art Room, M-009, during Academic Lab or before or after school.

The EAWR Peer Leadership group is sponsoring a Spirit Week to encourage drug abuse prevention!  Monday (the 29th) is Silenced Day. Some students have pledged to remain silent for the day as a reminder of the victims of drunk driving who no longer have a voice. Tuesday (the 30th) is Peace Out to Drugs Day - wear peace signs or tie-dye.  Wednesday (the 1st) is Give Drugs the Boot Day - wear your favorite country attire. Thursday (the 2nd) is Remember Your Dreams Day - wear your PJs to school. As always, no clothing with inappropriate length, messages or symbols will be allowed. Hats may be worn to fit the theme, but please remove them during class.

Please check your email or the rosters posted by the Main Office and Attendance Center for your name.  This will tell you what room to go to for the Career Day tomorrow. If you do not see your name on this list, contact Mrs. Robinson immediately.

Coming soon to Memorial Gym:  Oiler Olympics.  Next Friday, May 3 @ 9:30am. Hope to see you there!

There will be a mandatory meeting for all seniors during academic lab on Tuesday in the auditorium.  We will be going over end of the year activities and graduation information.

This is a reminder to Seniors who are planning on pursuing a career as a first responder or is the child of a first responder attending some type of post-high school education to pick up an application for the Jake Ringering Memorial Scholarship from the guidance office or Mrs. Zipprich’s room E111. The application plus any additional information is due on April 30th to Mrs. Zipprich.
