**There are only about 11 openings left to give blood during the Student Council Blood Drive.  If you are interested, see Mrs. Timmins as soon as possible!

 

**Tomorrow is an early dismissal day and our next service project.  Mrs. Robinson will be taking students to the Community Hope Center to volunteer at the center and garden.  The sign up sheet is in the Attendance Center.  Also, everyone going must ride the bus to and from the activity and the bus will leave the bus circle at 12pm and return at 3pm.

 

**The EAWR Educator Scholarship is due to Mrs. Woodman this today.

 

**Auditions for this years “Pops” concert will be held today, after school, in the band room. If you have any questions please see Mr. Alexander.

 

**Seniors:  If you have received an award, scholarship, or special recognition from a college, or signed up for military service after graduation, please stop by the Attendance Center and give this information to Mrs. Hawkins. 

 

**Christians in Action will meet on Tuesday, April 28th, in Ms. Mueller’s room, E122.  Anyone is welcome to attend.

 

**Any girl needing hair, make-up or nails done for prom can have that done, at no cost, at the high school this Saturday.  Stop by the Attendance Center for details.

 

**The EAWR Custodial Scholarship, Wood River Howard Oetting Scholarship, Otto Rice Wood River Park and Recreation Scholarship and the Scott King Scholarships are due to Mrs. Woodman by Tuesday, April 28th.

 

**On Wednesday, April 29th, we will be having a workday at the school starting at 2:40.  We will be raking leaves, knocking down a cinder wall, and general clean up.  Please bring work clothes to change into after school as some of the activities you may get dirty.  Sign up in the Attendance Center if you want to participate.

 

**Next Tuesday, April 28th, will be the second portion of the PARCC test for Algebra II students.  The room assignment list was emailed on Wednesday and students testing need to go directly to the room 1st hour on Tuesday.  Students will test hours 1-3.  Please be sure to bring a your charged Chromebook, ear buds, a pencil, and a calculator.  If there are any questions please see Mrs. Robinson.

 

**The library is now taking names and dates for the May Birthday Board.  Cost is .25 cents and you receive a few special treats.  See Ms. Budde to sign up.

 

**If you would like to volunteer to work at Hartford’s Day Camp June 22-26th, you can pick up an application in the Main Office or Attendance Center.  Deadline is May 1st.
