**Senior girls who are interested in running for Harvest Queen need to attend a mandatory meeting after school tomorrow in the library.  If you can't attend the meeting please contact Mrs. Robinson prior to the meeting.


**Ms. Scheffel is having a yard sale to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Walk at SIUE.  If you would like to donate to the sale please bring items to Ms. Scheffel by Thursday, September 12th.  If you would like to help set up, sign up in Room M105 before Friday, September 13. The sale is from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday, September 13th.  


**Blackburn will have a representative on campus on September 12th.  College bound juniors and seniors interested in meeting with them need to see their guidance counselor.  


**Current Big Sisters:  Our first meeting will be Friday, Sept 13th during Academic lab in the lecture hall.  Please attend.


**Junior and Senior girls interested in applying for Big Sisters should see Mrs. Miller or Mrs. Parmentier for an application.  Applications will be due by Friday Sept 20th.  


**Students who have signed up with Mr. Marshall to travel to Europe next summer are strongly encouraged to attend one of two travel meetings with their parents/guardians on either September 24 or September 25 at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will cover topics like luggage, hotels, meals, and traveling in Europe.


**The Hartford Fire Department is hosting a fish fry on Saturday, September 14 from 8 am-3 pm and are in need of student volunteers.  Duties include set up, taking orders, serving food and clean up. Sign up in the Attendance Center and the event will be held at 507 North Delmar in Hartford at the fire station.  If there are questions please contact Jami Morrison at 789-2690.


**Students- JFL is needing volunteers for the game on Saturday, September 14th. If you would like to help in the concession stand, take tickets, etc., please sign up in the Attendance Center.  Shifts are from 9-11, 11-1, and 1-3:30.
