**Seniors:  If you have received an award, scholarship or special recognition from a college, or you have enlisted in the Armed Forces after graduation, please stop by the Attendance Center and give this information to Mrs. Hawkins for the awards assembly.

**The Bethalto East Primary Spring Fling event is on Wednesday, May 10th.  The hours are from 4pm-730pm. Students interested in volunteering would help man bounce houses, games, face painting stations, etc.  If any student is interested, they can e-mail Joy Brueggeman. Please check your email for her contact information.

**Seniors - Reminder that the EAWR Educators Scholarship, Toni Frye Memorial Scholarship, Scott King Memorial Scholarship, and the EAWR Student Council Scholarship are due tomorrow to Mrs. Woodman.

**Yearbook Distribution day will be May the 4th, but there are less than 80 yearbooks still available! If you're planning to buy one, you should get your copy reserved as soon as possible. Yearbooks are $60 each, and you can buy them online by using Revtrak, or by bringing cash or a check payable to EAWR to Mr. James in the Art Room, M-009, during Academic Lab or before or after school.

** Today is the last day to purchase prom tickets and turn in guest forms.  Also, prom picture flyers are available upstairs outside Mr. Marshall's room. Lifetouch will be set up inside prom to take pictures and is the official prom photographer. EAWR is not responsible for any pictures taken by an outside photographer.

Advanced tickets can be purchased in the Main Office for $5 or at the door $7 for adults and $5 students/children. Also the boys basketball team will be hosting a sports apparel sale in the East building from 3 to 10 PM tonight and 9 AM to 3 PM tomorrow.

**Oiler Olympics will take place on May 4 at 9:15 in the Memorial Gym.  All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend. Come support our Oiler Athletes and "May the 4th be with you."

**Last call for celebrity look-alikes. If you know an EAWR student, teacher or staff member who looks like a celebrity, stop by Mrs. Timmins room to fill out a paper. All submissions must be in today!

**Juniors and Seniors: The prom king/queen ballot has been sent to you by Mrs. Robinson. You need to vote today during advisory. You may vote for up to 5 people for queen and 5 people for king. If you vote for more than 5, your ballot will be thrown out. All votes must be cast by 2:35 today.

**Reminder to seniors that voting for faculty members will close today after advisory!  Be sure to vote in the google form that Mrs. Guthrie sent to you.

**Prom guest forms are available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall's rooms. Guest forms are due back next Friday.

**Today is the last day to purchase your after prom tickets.  Tickets are $25 each and cannot be purchased at the door. This year the After Prom Committee is holding the event at Gateway Fun Park in Collinsville and students must provide their own transportation back and forth.  Students must arrive at After Prom between midnight and 12:30am. Guidelines for After Prom will be shared with students through Google Drive.

** Students who signed up for the Jim Witt presentation need to report to E121 during Academic Lab.

**Cap and gown and senior announcements will be delivered today during Academic Lab in the Auditorium.  The balance due must be paid at the time of pick up. Checks should be made payable to Jostens. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Hayes in Guidance.

Anyone interested in volunteering should email info@mehs.org for more information.  Anyone under 16 would need a parent/guardian with them.
