**Seniors – If you have received an award, scholarship or special recognition from a college, or you are enlisted in the Armed Forces after graduation…..please stop by the attendance center and give this information to Mrs. Floyd for the awards assembly.

**Juniors will be taking the SAT on Tuesday, April 13th and it will be a remote day for all freshmen, sophomores, and seniors. Testing lists for juniors have been shared in Google drive and juniors need to report to their assigned room on Tuesday by 8 am.  There will be no early bird and students need to bring a calculator and number 2 pencil.  Juniors will be dismissed around 12 pm at the end of testing.  Please remember that taking the test is a diploma requirement for graduation.

** The school will be offering a community service opportunity for those students not testing on Tuesday April 13th from 8:30Am - 12:30 PM.  We will be working around the outside of the gymnasium and also finishing a little painting in the gym.

We will require social distancing and also wellness screening  at entrance S3. I would suggest wearing clothing that you do not mind getting dirty.  Please sign up in the attendance office or email Mr. Gockel directly.

**Attention Juniors and Seniors:

Prom tickets will be on sale at 1pm, April 19th-23rd, upstairs in the east building by the stairwell closest to the bus circle. All tickets must be purchased in advance, none will be sold at the door. Tickets are $25 each. Prom guest forms are also available from Mrs. Timmins or Mr. Marshall. Forms are due back by May 14th.

**All juniors and seniors who still need to test will be taking the SAT on Tuesday, April 13th.  Please note this is a graduation requirement for the State of Illinois meaning you can't receive a diploma without taking the test. In your report card that was mailed home, there was a letter from College Board that must be returned to the Attendance Center by this Friday.  The form must be signed by your parent either giving or not giving you consent to fill out the student search and questionnaire.  This will be part of the pre-documentation that is required before taking the test on April 13th. If anyone needs another College Board consent form there are some available in the Attendance Center.  Remember that they need to be turned in by this Friday if you want to do the college search portion of the pre-documentation of the SAT.

**If you see an Oiler Yearbook staff member, be sure to congratulate them on finishing the yearbook early! The yearbook has been submitted to our publisher and will be distributed later this Spring. If you haven't bought your yearbook yet, there are still some available for $50 each. You can pay online using Revtrak or by bringing cash or check payable to EAWR to Mr. James in the Art Room, M-009.
